“Pinducation” sessions are aimed at new and novice players who want to develop their skills whilst playing in a more casual competition so that they can get a taste for what an IFPA competition looks/feels like.
These sessions will be run monthly by Pinballers Australia at the Suburban Brewing Glynde’s “Pinball Pocket”.
There you will be able to:
- learn some basics and intermediate pinball skills
- socialise with other players who might be interested in more serious competitions in the future
- get a feel for what the different IFPA competitive formats look like
All in a more casual and relaxed environment.
Entry is only $11, and we will have some prizes too! So its great value for a night out with friends – or an opportunity to make some new friends.
Registration and warm-up starts at 7.00 pm and goes for 1hr. We will then run a competition from 8.00 pm until close (approx. 10.00 pm).
Please note – players of all skill level are welcome, but we are putting these sessions together to attract new players who want to try pinball comps out without having to go against some of South Australia’s best. If you are an experienced IFPA Player you are still welcome to join us, just be aware that our Tournament Director WILL ask you to help new players with learning the machines and learning new skills.
