The Netherworld Ultimate Denizen 2022 - Tomorrow!!

The yearly battle to crown Netherworld’s most powerful gaming denizen across arcade, pinball and classic to modern consoles.

In the Netherworld books of lore, the ancient beings spoke of the prophecy of ‘The Ultimate Denizens’ – unique creatures so powerful they mastered all of the arts of arcade, pinball, classic & modern consoles. Each year, one such denizen will be selected through a series of trials and tribulations. To achieve this, the denizen must excel in a variety of games spanning generations and style.

• Pinball, both old and new
• Classic consoles
• Racing on the Netherworld Speedway
• Accuracy with a plastic gun
• Arcade games, from the 8-bit classics through to the colourful 90’s
• The dreaded, unknown territory know as… ‘the modern era’

A weakness in any particular section will see you cast out from the possibility of the ultimate reward.

The winner will be immortalised via royal portrait and hung on the walls of the Netherworld in our ‘Hall of Denizens’.

The trials happen this Saturday the 19th of November at 10am sharp.

Each $20 ticket comes with a limited edition Ultimate Denizen pin designed by Nelson Gibbins, the competition and a drink.

Please note:

• doors at 10am
• players must start playing games by 11am 
• expect to take 2-3 hours to get around all 15 games
• players may not come and go
• no sandbagging or using your phone to look up tips
• results ceremony at 5pm
