SF II WW PCB Graphics Issues

Hi,

 

I'm new to the arcade scene and picked up a Street Fighter II World Warrior arcade cabinet off Marketplace.

The audio and general gameplay are great but for some of the sprites, there is this weird break where they're split apart (see video below). Seems like all the textures are there, just in the wrong positioning.

I've cleaned and checked all the removable EPROMs, disconnected and cleaned the A, B, and C boards to no avail.

Currently all I have to go off is this one EPROM chip which has a slightly damaged pin.

What else should I be looking for?

Unfortunately, you'll need another boardset to swap things around to narrow it down. The C boards are common failure points as is the custom chip on the A board.
