Are you sure it's the game boards and not the monitor chassis? One of my chassis squeals a little bit but it's not bad enough for me to bother fixing as mostly I don't notice it over my tinnitus [emoji12]

It's common for some chassis, if you find it is the chassis I can find some info Jomac sent me which might help.

This is a game board that gave us this exact problem but unfortunately I never got involved in the fix for it. A Raiden or Raiden II would be on site for weeks and then one day the sound was mainly a squeal. The video was fine and the machine played but the sound was gone.

Check the amp power supply pins and set your multimeter to AC and see if you are getting any AC in on the DC supply. I suspect this will be where the problem is in which case you would start replacing the filtering components till you nail the faulty one. I'm suspecting it will be a cap.
