I love the Archer layout. I think this game (Maiden) is probably a winner.

I'm saying that it is being hyped as much as anything since AC/DC. Yes it is exciting, but it is also being hyped to the moon.

Noone has played the game yet. Lets see if it delivers!

So no funny unboxing video from you, like the acca unboxing.

LE black, LE rock:)

Yes, one of the largest Stern distributors, and runs the comp at Pinball Expo in Chicago for the comp dudes.

Not this time. That was pretty special actually, I think that was my first NIB, and it was definitely Dan’s.

I got some revved up texts from @furballx in the last 24hrs so maybe he’ll do one :064:

Good as this game looks I’ve got my limits. The pinball pipeline is chock-o-block with interesting things, it’s a great time to be in this hobby, too much choice!

Iron Maiden next from Stern

Keith Elwin has done a great job on Iron Maiden. Lyman not working on it, he’s too busy with BM66.

Geez, that old game. Is he restoring one? Lol

Keith Elwin looks a little like George Clooney.....on a bad day.

No doubt he is getting a pizzling mate. Looking at Pinside there seem to be a number of guys who are saying that they were expressing interest 3 years or so ago, so I expect there could have been a good number of games effectively "sold" well before the official announcement. I got in 4.5 years ago based on a drunken discussion a mate had with Gary at Expo October 2013, so I expect there were others contacting distributors at that time. I reckon Bruce would have pulled every tick in the book to secure as many LE's as he could for this title. There is no way in the world Gary has accurately estimated the demand for the LE's, they could have sold 1000 easily it seems.

If the demand is that strong, look for a 'special' premium edition at some point. Still not a LE but will go some of the way to filling that demand.

I agree though. They should have at least done 667 games, but probably could have got away with even more.

Lol not sure that they really cared tho.... Otherwise they wouldnt have done it in the first place

They cared enough to bring back the shaker and back glass on the LE, and enough to bring this game out with almost complete code, so I’d say they are listening.

I think the complete code was only due to KME having this in development for the last couple of years. Lets see if future games come out with as complete code as this one.

How do you know its complete code?
