My leg and the last 2 months

Recommended Posts

Well bloody done Pete!

Your awesome outlook on all this has been nothing short of inspirational.

Seeing that photo of you above has genuinely made my day, and that smile...

Congrats mate, and I really hope it is nothing but good news from here on in.

I only just came across this thread Pete and knew you were in the wars but wasn't aware of your amputation, you are in inspiration to others to remain positive - keep it up mate.

in rehab now

used the leg again today, some walking between those bars then with a A frame

tommorrow will try it with elbow crutches

at the end of the sesion they take the leg back, dont want to push too hard and stuff it all up

Don't forget to have a beer at each BAR....Don't do it too long but.....I seem to recall after crutches in the drinking scheme you become legless....:unsure

Keep up the good work...

G'day Pete ... we've never met but i have been reading your posts since the start of your leg issue and i'm sitting here amazed and inspired after watching the vid of you walking again. You've been through a shit storm and you still have the ability to smile and grab your half full cup as you walk out the door. All the best for the future.
