PINFEST 2018

Firstly a big thanks for all the support esp. Slevbro Pinball

So how did it go...? It gets to wear the 'Survived pinfest badge'

Starting with the failures

1. 5amp fuse fail - replaced with a 5 amp slow blow :)

2. One post knocked loose -

3. A playfield monitor going to blackscreen on occasion - reset power to the monitor :)

4. Rules versus perceived player ability - to hard - pleb multiball required

THE WINS

I did make a rule as my voice box wore out not to explain the game to anyone who didnt nudge when playing.

1. It was never not being played for all 3 sessions

2. No perceived difference in flipper power from start to finish.

3. The confusion on the punters faces as to how and why they hadnt seen this 80s theme game before.

4. Offers to buy the game - and the lifetime service contract that would have to come with that...I think I'll be keeping this one.

5. The drunk huggy dude who had to keep telling me it $^!+$ all over TNA...made me smile

6. Highest score 9,566,000 ( impressive who ever that was )

Thankyou to all the Pinfest crew and Punters ...just awesome .

I cant remember if no5 was was me or not lol

Put 3 x diodes into Airplane! as an after PF MOD.

Now I can't appear to leave the house without 1 more game ( currently 3 hours late for an appointment ).

...sorry Steve I'm on my way - after just one more game.

Thanks for the inspiration....Ow not so much for the crook neck.

Such a pretty machine you turned out I think. Certainly nothing to bright which is all to common these days. All the colours work so well together and are all balanced nicely and that I think is a trick most miss when using LEDs.

What a great playing game it is.

I like the slingshot design and the spinning pop, good shot layout and brilliant lighting.

Innovative use of displays without overdoing it. It is a really well thought out game, just feels right. Well done Kress!

You must be chuffed with Gary Stern having a go on it at Pinfest. That's one for the books!

Tilt

Two warnings - pulse counter - constant status by a red flash at the ball save lite ( 1 flash , double flash ) - tilt bob settling timer .

This is one of those things in pinball programming

which is kind of painful , has it been accounted for

everywhere?

Being that it the one thing that has to happen all the time, interrupting

modes / bonus / ball save / multiball etc...

Tilt on A! also deletes all of the extraballs ( 3 in total ) that you have collected, Careful !

You remove their BALLS just for a Tilt Warning, bit harsh don't you think? :lol

Good to see you are having fun tickling up your balls......software.....

Wow,so has this been ever done before, or is the a @kress original ? either way,I likeit

I'll have to check with Marco - usually 1960s :unsure

It adds a level bizarre to the game play as more center drains are now saveable.

In reality this translates into panic and spectacular center losses.
