Righto leg bolts painted, new caps painted and installed, new feet whacked on and legs installed. New glass didn't look right without the painted lines so here it is masked up ready for painting

Finished!

I stenciled the white "Coin Slot" on the glass and then painted in the back. Not too shabby, glass is hard to paint on. I whacked the glass and the clips I made on last night.

And here are a couple of finished Pics. Made my first post on this cab on the 18th August 2006!

The "stained look" won't be everyones cup of tea but it fits in really well with the pool table and the colour scheme in the room

I played my first full game on it last night, Galaga Rocks!

I love it mate.

The colour and finish of the stain really sets it off.

Just a couple of things.

Firstly: All THAT for one friggn game??? WTF?

Secondly: Did you keep a copy of the templates you made with the copy-cutter router?

3rd..... One button????

4th... One game???

Damn.

Can I come around and carve "I Love Jason" into it to make it authentic?

Also gotta pour a milkshake into the speaker grill, kick the mesh and the coin slot surround till it's inside out and fill the coin slot up with bubblegum.

Then it'll look finished.

Yep all this for one game, There's more to life than MAME and Mutil boards ;)

No templates, all marked and measured. Plans are in here somewhere

One button - Galaga doesn't need two

One game - couldn't think of a better game

The glass is clear, same as the old one.

CP's ? Not sure what you want to know

My crush roller CP's had two buttons and I only wanted one, so I isued them on my $50 cocktail. I Picked some other original ones up off Narf, sanded them back and just painted them

ahh ok, you used originals.

I saw the crush roller ones on the $50 cab thought you might have re-made them from scratch for this project.

Thanks.

I'm still deciding whether to get it tinted... I know the original was clear, but wouldn't mind it tinted/smoked. Not sure how the painted black lines would look.

Probably mentioned earlier in this thread, but what paint did you use on the glass?
