Cisco Stuff

There's a couple of free software projects cropping up aiming at building emulators for Cisco gear for training purposes:

http://dynagen.org/

http://www.ipflow.utc.fr/index.php/Cisco_7200_Simulator

They do more than just 7200 stuff, despite the name. We've got a couple of CCNA-in-training juniors at work using those. They like to be able to use then while on the train in the morning.

There's buckets of pay-for ones as well, but I find they end up being more expensive than buying second-hand genuine Cisco gear off eBay (unless you can find torrents for them).
