What do people think of cue power I had a go on they virtual pinball machine at they showroom and was very impress . I am also getting the new versions of cue power pinball machine 2024 virtual pinball machines I received my virtual pinball machine in December.  I paid $5800 for virtual pinball not all up front only deposit of $300 and pay rest on delivery

I'd never heard of them. Looked them up. It looks like a pretty standard cheaply made Chinese unit.

Be very careful as many of these are the reason that Virtual Pinball gets a bad name with flipper lag and poor performance. These units often have a hard drive in them that can't be updated and have a heap of old versions of games.

I would want to know a lot more about them before I was persuaded to even think about getting one. They don't even list any computer specifications which usually means it's very poor.

I have spec they have sent me it . I have even try it out at they store and I couldn’t see any issues with them or input lagged . I got the 4K . I think they don’t put the spec on they website as they want you to go in to they store so information on they website is out of date and they have over 1329 virtual pinball machines table IMG_0596.thumb.jpeg.d4d8889d8ccb174ef6d1356b443c601b.jpeg

I hope for your sake it turns out to be ok. The specs you shared are on the lean side.

I would still be surprised if they aren't exactly what I was referring to.

I hope for your sake that you are happy with it but I'll build my own (again).

Buying virtual pinball cabs with games included is very frowned upon within the VP community and actually means many of the VP community won't help you out if you need it.

Yes I know that but some people don’t have skills or knowledge to build their own virtual pinball machine and after I been scam on virtual pinball machine from MPA I didn’t want to buy instate again and also warranty if something did go wrong with it mean I have to sent it back to instate . At least if I have any issues I have 2 year warranty on it and if I have any issue cue power will come and pick it up they are also local in Glenelg South Australia which is  roughly 20 minutes from me . also if I need any tech assistance support they are happy to help me . And yes I know vp community hate buy pre build vp but some people can’t build one or has the skill etc . And yes I know they better company like Xtreme Gaming Cabinets but they are instate and for me I don’t want a pinball machine instate if I have any issue with it .  I been talk to someone from virtual pinball machine forum he said my virtual pinball machine is very similar to arcade rewind $5800 model. And I don’t really need help from virtual pinball forum world when I get it as cue power if I have any tech issue I will be email them straight away and yes I can’t add extra table myself but I can get cue power to add more table / update / upgrade it over time every 12 months or so etc .

So far I have had much better communication with cue power then MPA gameforce . Any questions I have sent to cue power they have answer all my question . Also what sold me is cue power have been around for over 25 years and a family own business. So they have to be doing something right to be still in business .

Yup he disappeared and left a lot of customers scam by him . It a long process of court for action against him and very unlikely will get our money back from him that why I have move on and order my pinball machine from company in my own state after what has happened just can’t trust online anymore for arcade machines and in-state . Right now fair trading is getting court in motion against Damien Leigh Holmes aka MPA AKA Gameforce and what ever other company he has made, . I wish I went to company in my own state at the start but I went to MPA as that what was my max budget $2700 if you see something that it is too true it normally is too true . At least I now know I will be getting a pinball machine and yes it cost me more $5800 from cue power at least I could pay it and only need to put $300 deposit on it and rest I have save up and cue power have a showroom where you can test and try it out I was very impressed with cue power pinball machine. So literally my virtual pinball machine has now cost me $8500 .

It's a pity i didn't see this earlier, as I could probably have done something for you...........

All good after getting scammed by MPA I was very cautious afterwards and didn’t want to order instate and want to order one from a storefront company that I could go in and play . They not many virtual pinball machine builders in South Australia.
