steve2000
Does anybody know what this circuit board would be for?
jbtech
Hi, Just at a glance it looks like it might be a sort of credit board. It only has one input and one output, is it in line with the coin signal? 4017 is a counter and could be used as a divider to count multiple (coin) input pulses before generating an output pulse via the open collector transistor. 4093 is a quad nand gate with schmitt trigger inputs, commonly used for switch debouncing. One stage seems to be between the input signal and the clock signal for the counter. - with a bit of tracing the whole circuit could be drawn up but it's hard to do from a photo as the wire links etc. on the top of the board aren't entirely visible. Anyway, hope that helps. Regards, John.
