Thank you, Totally agree Since my first year as a machine contributor in 2016, I have a passion for this great event. I really enjoy others playing the machines that I bring to the event, it makes me smile as they have fun !! I love how members of the public can experience pinball for the very first time, or others with past experience can reunite with pinball in a family fun filled event. I played pinball in Newcastle arcades in the 70's & 80's, and I love that PINFEST recreate the arcade experience. I enjoy the environment that PINFEST provides, to bring the pinball community together (from many many different states/areas) and form a summit to encourage atomsphere of great friendship amongst old friends and also new. I think it had the best atmosphere, but unfortunately, as the event was getting bigger and bigger, we were running out of available space. There was talk of trying to get the use of the two available rooms - the original room used from 2012 to 2015 and this room combined - but it was always a problem securing dates for the event for one room let alone two rooms combined. Priority was given to weddings and functions over us every time. Every time we went in there to negotiate a date we always had to explain what Pinfest was about etc etc. You never knew if you could actually get a room from one year to the next... I only have some arcade cabs these days but would like to return with a machine one day. Williams Space Station is the goal. I wonder what happened to the Pinball Magic after @Budgie had it?
