Pics have loaded out of order, but you get the gist.

Also, some nice shiny rails arrived from @Railways Jeff. Tempted to unwrap them, but I’ll wait.
That coin door has really come up like new. Nice work. So glad to see you working on this. Go on, put the side rails on. I cut out the holes for them and earth braid all looped on the inside to connect to the small bolt at the front of the rails. Keep the updates and pics coming mate.

And, yes, 'Elvira 3' I am looking forward to.

Just a thought Mike but please unwrap them and offer them up to the cab before fitment sooner than later please. I'm pretty sure they are right but!!

Another tip is when you do install them do not over tighten the earth bolt near the lockdown bar as with this finish it will show a concave. Gentle is better

OK Jeff, sounds like a job for tomorrow. I held them against the cab while wrapped and seems to be the correct length.

    Mike.

Coin door finished and and on @Glenn70.

Any hints for aligning the door in its frame? itís rubbing on the bottom right corner. I tried giving it a lift but that just loosened the hinge.

@Railways Jeff - definitely the correct rails. Was going to install but have a set of clear protectors that go under the flipper buttons to go on first. Do you think i can find them anywhere?

Great transformation Glenn @Glenn70. It's always nice to see and hear about your projects.

Congrats Mike @mix_vt_cal. I'm sure you're very happy with how it's come along and seeing some momentum is always a great motivator.

To lift the door and stop it rubbing youíll need to remove it from the frame. Tap the hinge down with a block of wood as the hinge will have stretched.
