gardog62 Posted November 25, 2018 Share Posted November 25, 2018 Hi Guys have a Gottlieb Stargate and the dmd is just showing garbage .Tried give cables aa bit of a wiggle in case it was a dodgy connection but still garbage .Not sure where to start .Any ideas ? Seeing the garbage helps diagnose what might be causing it. What are the voltages at the display? Did you unplug the DMD while the game was on? Will try to take a photo tomorrow and check voltages I dont believe i unplugged while on .if i did it would have been after this fault emerged . Checked voltages and manual .Was missing 5v dc Was a fuse i tested in game .looked good not even discoloured . Google led me to another inferior forum and made me believe it was a way more complex issue than i was capable of curing . I assumed it had to be one of these complex faults as display matched their symptoms . Once pointed in the right direction and turned out to be a simple fix .
