    Ramp flap replacement?

    Hi all
Anyone know where I could potentially make my own ramp flap replacement from?
I have a Monday Night Football ramp that is approx 14 x 8 cm that cannot be replaced but by either a similar sized ramp or new one I should be able to make one
    Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks in advance

I've used these before, cut and drill then polish.

I use .200 316 stainless shim stock and cut and drill my own then polish up.
A lot more expensive than normal stuff but I like the result.

I have tried a sheet of metal from the hobby shop but when the ramp lifts, the metal stays bent which is no good. Itís a ramp that lifts and retracts regularly
I assume I need spring steel as mentioned but 14cm x 8cm doesnít seem to be available?
Am I looking in the wrong places?

Yep, you need to use spring steel, not just any sheet metal.
