mar.vel.ous
Not sure where to post this but I’m having an issue with a 68cm trinitron I just picked up. It only has composite and 1x a-video input. I don’t currently have anything with s-video to test. But I’m having superficial wavy lines when I plug in my mega drive via composite. I’ve tried both my clone and official MegaDrive. Not sure if this is an actual issue or just some sort of interference. Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade
0 MarkOZLAD
Hard to tell much from the picture. Have you got a decent quality power board to plug TV and console into? Could be power interference. Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade

Could be power interference. Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade I plugged the composite video in and pressed my finger on the end that plugs into the mega drive and it amplified the interference. I plugged in a generic s-video lead into the tv and did the same thing but there was no interference Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade
0 mar.vel.ous
Here is a better photo. It’s there even if the console is off and even if the composite plug isn’t even plugged into the console. If I remove it from the tv it goes away Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade
0 Limorange
Have you changed your rca cable? It also could be a bad solder joint at the socket.

The problem happens at the rear av input as well. I will try one more cable Sent from my iPhone using Aussie Arcade
