    Vintage Tamiya parts

Hey does anyone have any information on where to get vintage Tamiya rc parts from in Australia?. I picked up a Grasshopper a few weeks back, and want to get it up and running. Thanks in advance.

Depends which parts you need, but Tamiya re-released some of their 1980s models over the last 3-4 years, the electronics would be different to the 1980s but I bet the actual car itself is part-for-part identical. So there should be a lot of modern spares available.

I'm also pretty sure the Hornet was just an upgraded Grasshopper, so Hornet parts should be fit too.
