    Mouse Attack repair

Is there anyone here who could tackle a repair of a Mouse Attack JAMMA board?
I had a look at it and there appears to be no life. No sound, no picture, couldn't even see a signal on the video output with a CRO.
Asking for the owner of the machine. He bought it and it worked once, half way through the game it went back to the main screen and wanted a coin put in to start again. By the sounds of it he may have done some tinkering because it never worked again. I don't have the time to look into it due to other work commitments.
He sounds open to sending away if there's a possibility of repairing it.

That was the first thing that caught my attention when I saw it. Who knows how long the stickers have been off.
I have an eprom reader but would need to find what the code should be.

That's the one. Was offered to me but I declined.
Would have a crack at it but don't have the time at the moment.
