Behringer AT108 Acoustic Guitar Amplifier Combo Product review/ RANT

Recommended Posts

I have a 15W guitar Amp that I'm using in my Jukebox. It's been 3 or 4 years now

It's began humming so I opened it up to look inside to see if it was something I could fix

I was surprised to see the main board it used. It's 23mm wide x 230mm long. WOW

It has a SM OPamp and a 5 Pin Audio Amp Chip on it

Check this out

What a joke. You could say it's less than impressive

I stitched the PCB together because there is no info one the net (Contact me for full size pic, 300DPI)

So my review of this product has it coming up short in many ways

I am not going to bother tracking down the fault

I think I will sell the board, as faulty, on eBay

I prefer to drop my own gear into the juke now

I might try this 200W Mono Amp

This Volume Tone Unit/Stereo (Only need one channel)

And I have one of these Mixers just about to arrive for the microphones and instruments

Hoping on good sound soon
