Sega genesis/ mega drive model 1 jap and US early versions

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I’m chasing a custom sega chip 315-5308 found in mega genesis model 1 vA0, Va1 and va2 only, it’s to repair my sega megatech arcade board. Would u possibly open up this console to take a look. The version is printed on the motherboard in the center of the pcb to the left of the controller ports.

No PAL versions are compatible

Thanks,

Adrian

I got one. It’s off a mega drive that’s currently having issues but I was still hoping to fix one day. So not sure it’s worth cannibalising just yet :)
