con Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 G'day Guys What would be a fair price to pay for a Sega Saturn Console these days? Are the Jap NTSC consoles any different to the PAL ones? Frank_fjs Posted August 21, 2018 Share Posted August 21, 2018 I prefer Japanese as they tend to be cheaper. Japanese consoles are 60Hz, only play Japanese games and require a step-down for power. Action Replay cart is an easy way to add multi region game compatibility. You can also hack the AR cart with firmware that allows for playing burnt media.
