Box is in good condition, a few scuffs here and there and some tears.

 

Console and controller are in excellent condition, no visible yellowing on console, controller has slight yellowing on the back. S-Video switch mod, region switch mod, blue power LED mod, CD lens and mechanism replaced.

 

Asking $400 shipped.

@darkjedi, Frank is correct, it's a Doujindance modded console.

 

I've had it for four years and never had an issue.
