Medieval Madness - Merlin popper issue / question

Whitewater

Question

Merlin popper issue

Hi guys, during multiball the right popper (merlin) often ejects the ball with such force that it hits the bottom of the ramp and sometimes even bounces back into the popper hole.

During normal play it works fine, but during multiball it seems to have so much more power. I am worried that over time it will damage the ramp.

Does anyone else have this issue? and is there a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could put a resistor in series with the coil to decrease power? I did that on a whitewater mine kickout that was too strong.

I was thinking that could be a solution :) Do you happen to remember what resistor you used on you WH2O ? or could you suggest a starting point resistor for me please.

Its the right coil? As in the right part has been used? Often coils get replaced with whatever is laying around at the time.

Yup it is the correct coil. Funny thing is during normal play it is fine, it only has extra power during multiball :o
