    MGLXXXVI – Game 6 ~ Mr Do!’s Castle

    ROM WolfMAME 0.106: docastle (set 1)

    Game Story:
    Mr Do the clown, moves around six floors interconnected by ladders. Some of the ladders are fixed and some can be pushed left or right. Baddies look like unicorns. He has a hammer which can knock out floor stones. You work out the rest, good luck!

    Score Submissions:
    Please make a new post for each score you post, with your score as the first line of your post, along with a screen shot showing your score and initials. This game finishes Sunday 12 August 2018, 7pm Sydney time.

    Please make sure your settings are as above. No continues are allowed when submitting a score and must be played from the beginning of the game. No pausing. No cheats allowed.

    Games can be played at the arcade. You must ensure the arcade operator has the game at the MGL game settings for the submission to be valid.

    Wow - one of my noms! I always enjoyed this in the arcade as it was like completely new gameplay but still Mr. Do!
    Sadly, I don’t remember any good ports of this one and I think it’s really a great game.
    I’m also not very good at it so this gives me some competition to get swinging.

    Nice, great to see someone else nominated this game too. I never played it on arcade, but really had fun with it on C64 as it always put me in a jolly mood with its vibrant tune and cunning strategic gameplay. So I've always been naturally curious to see the differences between the versions.

    I've already encountered something I've never seen before; namely the extra credit crystal. Cool!
