Rivets for Funhouse Plastics

Recommended Posts

Just making an order for some parts for the Funhouse restoration. Have a new plastic set which will require a bunch of rivets to put them onto the former metal brackets, will also need to revert the ramp play as the new ramps came without them included. Checked the manual for the parts number but can't see anything referring to the rivets

I'm looking at PSP and i can see in the description it states which table uses that type.

am i right in assuming that the below is what i need for all the plastics & ramp flaps....

1/8 x 1/8

This is what you want http://www.pinballspareparts.com.au/07-6688-18n.html

The trick is getting a tool of some sort to put them in

Cheers mate

i've got a rivet gun, is that not recommended?

Buy a mixed kit with rivet tool. Then you will have them when some other issue arises. I think I got mine from one of the US spares dealers. Was so long ago I forget which one. Still have the kit & have used it several times over the years

Do you mean something like this?

A blind rivet/ pop rivet gun will not work with these rivets you need to press them with something like this

Cripes, that is one serious looking press for a handful of playfield plastics, thanks for the info - not really sure i'd get enough use to warrant such an expensive/ full on tool

Is nothing in pinball cheap & easy??
