Sony PVM 14M4A

 

14" Has RGB, s-video and composite inputs.

 

Used it as a test monitor for arcade boards. Stunning picture when it was working. Went to use it recently and it won't power on. No signs of power whatsoever. I don't have the skills and knowledge to disassemble/diagnose/repair.
