Question
pinball god
My TZ decided every since the 6 months off and move to reset whenever I hit both flippers. Its a thing I do when I haven't played a game for ages as a kind of test for the first game. Its been doing this for a little while but comes good on the odd day. Yesterday it seemed to do it all the time. Someone suggested one of these Reset Power fixer pcb's. They had one spare to try.
After spending a whole 20 seconds installing it, the problem is resolved. Gave the game a good session and didn't miss a beat.
Now before stating the obvious when one mentions resets, I did replace the BR's and wiring mods some years ago and I did replace the connectors sometime after that.
I just didn't want to go through the troubleshooting, soldering and/or crimping or even paying someone to do pcb work. This solution is quick and quite cost effective
This is what it looks like and it simply piggybacks on J210 in my case
