Anth87
Hi all New Pin Day - Indiana Jones! This thing is beautiful - playfield is a touch dirty but in pristine condition :) Usual cabinet fade and the lockbar fits weird but it’s awesome. The guy I purchased from was an absolute legend, when the machine arrived the machine was playing up and he spent 40 mins on the phone with me late on a Friday nite helping me get it Working. @prowler was an absolute legend - kept me up to date all week and let me know when he was coming. Now what’s the opinion here - should the playfield be clearcoated? See pics
robm
Nice one. In my opinion, new cab decals and maybe colourdmd are better bang for buck upgrades than a cleared playfield. But if budget allows, playing a cleared playfield is awesome. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Anth87
Thanks :) yes @chopchop also said colour dmd and sound board - so the best way to protect playfield just regular cleaning and waxing?

Glenn70
Nice purchase and congrats. Personally, if the playfield is good with no timber exposed/wear, etc, (looks very good in pics), I would just polish and clean it and keep it that way. I would only touch up and clear coat if the PF requires it or if any wear annoys you. It all comes down to your own personal choice. Some of us don't care too much about a little amount of wear, but others may clear coat due to the smallest amount of wear. It's entirely up to you....... Like Rob stated, I would re-decal the cab and go a colour DMD. But again, up yo you. If your IJ is between other pins, the faded cab may not bother you, but the front maybe an issue for you. Either way, with this title, I don't think you can loose, depending on what you paid of course. Good luck and again, congrats.

iroczvinnie
awesome! It's a really fun game to play. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the color DMD if you decide to go down that path.
