angs1957
I have an AA short cut on my desk top. When I use the short cut it opens up the login/username page which I enter the details. Once details are entered it opens up the general AA page (so I`m not yet logged in) I have to then log in again So I log in a again and the log in page say I`ve now used my second attempt at trying to log in. I have checked the stay logged in box but makes no difference. So every time I have to log in I have to do it twice, what gives?
vintage
Is the shortcut to .com or .au? It isn't saving the cookie?
Administrators Arcade King Posted January 8, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 8, 2018 Are you using the correct url. AA no longer uses the .com.au domain so make sure your bookmark is https://www.aussiearcade.com Clearing your cookies seems to fix most people issues. Correct URL, cookies get cleared, but I still have the same problem, have to log in twice everytime :)

I haven't experienced that issue before.
Administrators Brad Posted January 13, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 13, 2018 I've had this happen at least 6 times over the year. Normally after a Firefox browser upgrade. Clearing History and Cookies has fixed it every time :unsure Brad

Administrators Arcade King Posted January 13, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 13, 2018 Sounds like something on your end is blocking the cookies from the site. :unsure There's been no change to AA for years.
