Removed the playfield and put into the cradle. Ready to be stripped.

 

 

Cab and wiring will need cleaning up. The boards have been installed.

For now it’s a playfield tidy up and get game working.

Are the droppy reset coils short ones?. They look like flipper coils. Are there two diodes on each of those. Bit hard to make out in the picture. Excellent details in this thread, loving it.

Will have a look. Gotta give them a clean but they should be trip coil size, ala coin lock out and same as fathom.

Normal size reset coil, 1 diode.

But, 3 lugs, 2 wired.

If you need a new transformer/ rectifier base plate my mate Mark has knocked some up a few weeks ago in stainless and Gal along with a few other Bally SS trinkets

Just going back to the Addams and the great way it looks now i'd like to share a mod I did on one I had a few years ago.

I bought 4 of those #555 reflector cups and mounts you normally see on the PF and mounted 2 of them down through the rear cab breather holes and the other two behind the topper. Wired them into ( I think by memory - doh, one of the multiball inserts??) so when SHOWTIME went off the floor and the back wall of the garage went off.

At the time it looked great but now we have LED'S - just a thought..

Stainless would look sweet.

Just looked closely. You are correct. Same 2 diode 3 lug coils as in later Ballys like the 6803 games.

I keep deleting but still can’t send msgs.

Might have to access a laptop to get on normal format.

Every now and then more pop up that I can delete so there musta been a fukload.

I can’t just empty as there are some I need to keep for info and people requesting stuff. I use it as my memory.
