    Attacking the top flipper assy.
These are always neglected. Why buy a 2nd Flipper kit when you can buy 1.

Strip and clean off all the gunk.
    Polish with Autosol
    Straighten bend stop bkt
    Install new bush
    Install new flipper pawl
    (plunger/link Ok)
Cut off bad spring ends and renew
    Change to correct Coil stop.
    Clean bat and install

    Thatís one done.

    Bent end stop

    Bent bkt fixed

    New parts

    Installed

    And Thing Flip is done.
As I installed it, I noticed a small crack in the bush under double magnification.
So need to order more. Am out of stock.

Also the outhole kicker assy is done.

Lower flipper assyís done and installed. Just need new bump stop rubbers, correct coils and EOS.

Flipper bat cleaning is a must to get rid off the rubber residue.

Donít forget the trough metal polish, especially the rough, filthy ball gate.

Last of the stuff from the old playfield.
Posts, mini posts, inlane rails and outlane post hardware.

Cleaned, polished in the drill and fitted.

Thatís all for fitting to the top now.

Next up is reflow all the lamp board solder and pins. Noticed some cracked ones but re do them regardless.

Firstly the 2 already installed, then time to clean, install the harness, and finish remaining boards before fitting.

Edy your work is so meticulous, it's wonderful.

And @Turbo27 will be pleased, the bumper caps are now in their correct positions! Yoohoo!

Yes, best time to do it is when completely pulled down.

Need to put together a parts order this week.

Cleaning the harness will be fun.
But will look and play like, or better, than new.

Will ring you on the weekend.

    Ugh.
    This.

    Dumped roughly in place.

Picked through, untangled and re run a few bits, roughly lined up where everything goes.

Now to pick through and install bit by bit.

Do the new playfields have the cable clamp holes marked?
