Did you read my restore thread here? Same model.

https://www.aussiearcade.com/showthread.php/84558-15-quot-Fuji-Kiosk-Conversion

Links in post.

You want - SW602449_EloMultiTouch_6.9.0.exe

There are versions for XP, 7 & 10

I have them if you can't find them

Also are ALL your device drivers installed in Control Panel? What OS are you using?

Okay from memory, I sold this one, but I also used XP as PC in it is a little old.

You need to go to Device Manager and ensure that All devices are installed and working. From memory the touch unit in this is a serial port? Even if not and USB all devices need to be installed in case it's plugged into a device that has not been installed properly.

then grab the drives from my post and it should just work.

So what are we looking for in device manager? and how do I know that its installed?, I have device manager open and only have 2 items with a ? one is ps2 compatable mouse, the other is Ethernet controller, the rest look to be ok.

Exclamation mark or question mark means that device is not installed.

The PS2 compatible mouse is almost certainly your touchscreen.

Ethernet controller not an issue unless you want to plug it into a network which does help mightily when adding music but stil not a big deal.
