CJs YATR - yet another terminator restore

Recommended Posts

This is more of a log of what I've done so I can look back at what the machines looked like. I wouldn't expect this to compare with some of the amazing restores that have been achieve in recent times.

I've just started pulling apart the bad playfield to see if it is worth sending off for further work by a professional.

I might send it to a pro for that work.. me doing it is like asking a 2 y/o to paint the mona lisa. I keep having flashbacks to that lady who tried to repair that church painting a few years back and butchered it.

I know my limitations, but I can't help but think the only way to learn is to try.

Hey Cejay - are you restoring 2 x T2's or you just have a second pf?

Dunno mate, undecided. Got plenty of parts to build 2 machines. But I'll still need extras including more expensive items such as boards, DMD, cabinet etc.
