BIG Trev
As suggested by @Mikie in another post what are the mankiest looking boards you own but can't toss out? Did you get them going? First prize will be this Pleiades board with free postage. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/14/a817dd251ec942e47c37c90fb2e1ec34.jpg Cheers Trev. Gonzo
How about putting some hot glue on your fix just to make sure it can never be touched again? P.S. Any idea on how to remove hot glue from a PCB?

Womble
Hmm, I havent worked on any arcade PCBs that are that filthy, but in terms of manky repairs I have had these ones... Jesder
This is the best I can do. These are Pole Position 1 / 2 boards. Working state is unknown - assumed not. They (and a few other PP boards) were donated to me by Woka awhile back. I've kept them for spare parts in case one of my other 2 working sets fail. Womble
Haha, that would have been a costly stick when new. This is the worst PCB I still own that isn't in the scrap pile, not sure if rusty counts as manky. Also not sure why I bothered to fix it, the game is crap and I'd wouldn't trust it as far as I could throw it with all the corrosion and rusted through tracks, so I can never sell it either. http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e230/Womble76/LegWing1.jpg As it still works I can't trash it either, and its a bootleg too, aaargh! http://www.aussiearcade.com/showthread.php/27177-Legendary-Wings-Repair-Log
