Atari 7800 a/v mod

I performed this mod on two systems using this link.

I was hoping to side-step issues they both had.

The first one through RF had an issue where every second there would be a burst of terrible staticy colours.

The second one was virtually unable to be seen through RF, almost completely snowy image.

After modding, the first one has the same issue with the burst of static-y colours, except through AV.

The second one at least is showing asteroids, but with terrible background static.

I suspect these machines have bigger issues.

Turns out the second machine is fine... I forgot to snip one of the resistors in the mod. That one is showing a pretty good av signal.

First one still doing the colour thing.

Maybe a cap replacement might help?
