Played this in the arcades, but not a lot. It's an ok game, I like the controls and difficulty curve. I'm very much anti war and I don't even like fighter games, but I suppose I could stab a few innocent soldiers brainwashed into serving the rich policy makers of their country, in the name of the MGL.

As a side note, all the games so far have been horizontal, not a complaint just an observation.
Winter is here and I'm still riding more than gaming, my current goal = 100,000 meters elevation gain for the year - well ahead so far

MAME has a screen rotation option - maybe you could try that?

this was outstanding on the C64. The music also was fantastic, Martin Galway was one of the SID chip virtuosos. how him and Rob Hubbard produced such Epic tunes in such small amounts of memory and with the hardware limitations, it boggles the mind.

Here is the main title tune, SID-chip fans will love it. My favourite all time SID-chip tune is Monty on the Run, by miles, but this is pretty damn good.

End of stage 3. Never been that far before.

The US version Rush 'n Attack was one of the tournament games in my first full Funspot tournament in 2010. Managed 109K back then. The Youtube video briefly shows me playing that game of Rush 'n Attack and dying. Includes my "old mate" Knucklehead playing Sinistar back when he was pretending to be a good bloke. What a difference a year makes.

Yep already to wear my Green Beret the kind you find in a second hand store, I will stop now
