Its all subjective isn't it?

Inside a cabinet, for 15khz, it would have to be a nanao monitor in the various sega cabs like astro city, blast city etc. Best visuals and geometry I've ever seen on a large curved tube.

Outside of a cabinet, Nothing would come close to a Sony PVM or BVM series broadcast monitors with RGB. Or one of the earlier german tv sets when they were made in Germany.

On the cheaper side, I've paid $50 for a small commodore monitor and the picture was mint.

I've noticed as the screen size goes down, more pixels in a small area, picture has less geometry issues around the corners and games look less like pixellated games and more like your playing an animation. I love playing Marvel vs Capcom on my small screen as it looks like a comic book/cartoon at times.

There is a crt monitor out there for every occasion.

29" digital that was in the 1st Extreme hunting cabinets.

Pretty sure they are a wells on a Thomson tube.

The picture is absolutely nuts on these things. I dont think you will find better even from the Nanao

but

Sometimes when they go,, they go.... with flames and burning and shit..

Other than that 29" duel res Nanao... forget the vga crap.
