OK thanks. Is the /home/pi/.advance/advmame.nosdl.rc file used in conjunction with the BOOT/launchers/advmame.sh file?

Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk[/QUOTE]Question , is there a way to change the exit button , how can i better explain it ok , so when you press the exit button it asks you if you want to exit yes or no , and if you do exit it goes into a games menu all in yellow letters amd then if you press exit again it goes into the raspberry pi's terminal thingy , so is it possible that when you press to exit and you do choose yes that instead of it jumping to that other menu, it would just power off the system ???.

It can be done, just change /boot/run.sh so the thing that happens after running Attract-Mode is a shutdown/poweroff command. That way when you exit Attract-Mode the system will power down.

I wouldn't personally set it up like this though as you will then not be able to use the console (easily) should you want to.

True , but once its set up , i won't need to play with the counsel anymore and if more games need to be added i can just go thru the files using windows , but if i needed the counsel back just in case how would i be able to get it back reverse the proccess?

Yes, just pulling the shutdown command out of the run.sh script again will get your console back.
