I have been trying to hook up my PlayStation 3 upto my jamma arcade cab for so long.
I have tried using a Jpac, with a little success, I needed to purchase a CVBS to VGA converter, which was ok but I needed external speakers, I wanted to use the speakers in the cab, and the image wasn't great.
I even bought a HDfury2 hDMi to vGA converter, no go
Lastly a package came in the mail today, which is a PS3 to Jamma timer board, I was really excited about this, but connected via VGA no go, then connected via CGA and no go aswell.
I configured the PS3 via another TV just to make my output was correct but no go.
Very disappointing.
I think my problem is that I have. Suzo happ 22 inch LCD Monitor, which is very fussy with the video signals it can output
It can only except resolutions of
640x480
600x800
1152x756
Not sure what the last resolution is
Any way after all that was said, I have come to the conclusion that this is never going to work.
So I am just going to enjoy the babystar 1940 with LCD which looks amazing mind you and fun with it.
