jockdownunder
I've been trying to use services like onlive gaming on my pc, but its coming back with high latency errors and wont let me near it . Ive got Telstra Velocity, and just carried out the following speed test The download speeds actualy slower than what I got an hour ago, where it was up at 90+ mps Surely this is adequate to do just about anything online with ease ? Ive tried disabling windows firewall and antivirus, but its not making any difference. Any ideas ?

knight76
Latency isn't your download speed though it is the distance to the server you connect to and back. Your pin in ms. The speed test you ran would be pinging a server close to you, where as the onlive game server could be anywhere. You could pin the server IP your connecting to and check the ping in ms.
