The yellow writing near the 12 pin molex plug is not as I hoped. That's the only negative point

This is a neck conn

The HV Wire is included, and ready to join to the focus block

The T1 transformer will sit inside the slot and the wires get soldered to the tabs

IMPORTANT: Read if using the WG6100 Focus Block Mod !!!!!!!

I have worked all day to solve a problem related to the HV cutout, only if using the WG6100 Focus block using this MOD HERE

It's been reported to me the HV board does not cut out when performing the Test here

My board (With the 6100 Focus Blk) did the same

I won't list the 25 steps I took to solve this, I will simple tell you all the solution

If using a WG6100 Focus block, replace R19 with a 100K, 0.5W resistor

And I had to turn the LED around 180 degrees, Hmmm?? I just did it and it worked

Happy vectoring :)

Important message to buyers of this HV board - Please read!

Hi Guys.

A well known KLOVer and repairer has brought it to my attention that one of the diodes needs to be upgraded.

He directed me to this link

http://www.vectorlist.org/Vectorlist/2000/03/0102.html

Have a quick read

In the case of an Amplifone HV board, it's diode CR8 (An optional diode)

In the case of a PAT9000 board, it's diode CR48 (Also optional)

We were fitting a 1N4002 diode, as that was what was fitted on one of my HV boards many years ago.

However the WG6100 uses a 1KV diode in the same place. IE: D902

So if you are using a BU406 Transistor (As opposed to a BU406D) and are fitting this optional diode, use this diode externally to the BU406

http://au.element14.com/on-semiconductor/mur2100eg/diode-fast-2a-1000v-axial/dp/1459143?ost=MUR2100EG

The Part Number is MUR2100EG Or cheaper is the UF2008, tested and working

If you only use BU406D transistors, ignore this post

Parts lists have been updated (Amp HV and PAT9000)
