Hi Dave ,

That number isn't a Nanao model number it's a PCB part number used for several different chassis they made.

Can you please describe which one you have , Size monitor ? , color of chassis frame ( metal or plastic )

If it's a Nanao it will have a model number starting with MS7 or MS8 , or KZ20EN , KZ20ES etc , None of the Nanao's have problems with bad socket joints / neck boards so don't waste your time looking on there., if it's a 20" KZ series with metal frame around the chassis look for a plug with 3 wires coming from the chassis then going to the neck board , normally Orange , White and Red , it's either partially off or the connector under the chassis is cracked.

PS , like most Nanao monitors it's rarely caps that causes noticeable issues :)

Joey you have saved the day again :rolleyes

Just for reference it was on a 19 inch monitor I reseated and wiggled the 3 wires at the connector on the chassis and on the neck board and it has not faded out since
