Wow, just wow. Perhaps some of us could try it out and and if it's any good we could have a section of the forums dedicated to it. ;)

I tried playing a few XT / 286 games on my modern computer and either the games are running 3000 times faster, or i've had a stroke and can't react fast enough to play them any more. ;)

 

I know, you can slow the computer down with programs, etc..

 

A couple of old favourites from DOS days are:

Digger (For those who couldn't afford Mr Do, or if you owned an amstrad it was fruity frank..)

Death Track (This concept ought to be redone in a more modern game)

Scorched Earth (The new 3d one is kinda interesting but the 3d element seems to stuff it)

biggeorge: Its not hard to 'slow down' your computer:

 

A product called 'dosbox' is desgined exactly for this. 'dfend' is a front-end to make dosbox easy to set up so that you just double click the game icon and you're away.
