Don't know the machine, but sounds like maybe a shorted bridge rectifier, check the + and - there, if at specs then maybe the regulator has shorted? Start at the transformer with your multi meter and trace the voltage that is supplied prior to the 5 volts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

0 Rich Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 having a quick look at the schematics... on the power driver board, do you have LEDs 3 & 4 OFF? 3 normally OFF, 4 being the 5VDC I see F112 is solenoid related 7A SB Check your AC power in at pins 5/6 and 9, J102, without the fuse in. This is your AC in prior to BR3 and the fuse F112 Looking further I see F105 and F103 are in the output circuit from the bridge, so I am guessing the problem lies prior to the fuse F112 being the AC into the bridge.
