kimbleseven
I don't know how many more projects I can fit in my games area. Maybe the Mrs art and craft room can go and more can fit in there? Lol. Soldering done it's not pretty without the tabs but it's done. kimbleseven
Relay is assembled, back in and smoothly running, lubed and ready to go. The scoremotor was running slower than my other games. I noticed when the 500 points was being added it was so slow. I have read on pinrepair.com about putting a few drops of 3-in-1 oil in the base of the motor. Has anyone had experience with this and know what oil to get? Gemini2544
3 IN 1 oil is only sewing machine oil, you can also use Gun/rifle oil both are very thin & ideal for metal on metal use.

Gemini2544
Jesse, your local gun & warlord supply store has gun oil. Hand grenades & land mines for rabbit control are under the counter. :lol
Darksoul
This brings back some old memories. El Dorado was the first machine I ever attempted to get running again and do a rudimentary restore on. Keep the resto posts coming. @Gemini2544, I'd never seen so many guns until I was in the Bass Pro Shop in Memphis last month.

kimbleseven
3rd undercoat on today. :) Finally some sunshine this week so hopefully I can get the white on soon. Also I have cleaned up all the small metal bits on the playfield. @Rob1966 I wanted to ask you about the reproduction Gottlieb coin door. It came with some small bits of stick on foam strip. What are these bits for?? Sent from my AGM A8 using Tapatalk
