Currently trying to troubleshoot an arcade shooting gallery game. The power supply is not working properly partly because a MOSFET has blown up. This FET is obsolete and I am having trouble finding an equivalent that is available locally and relatively cheap. The original part is a K3265 MOSFET. Specifications are here: https://www.promelec.ru/pdf/2SK3265.pdf. As this is a power supply are there specific parameters that I should try to replace with an overrated component?
