The sound board wont line up with the holes in the main board. When I turn it on it says ram chips bad ua13 and ua14. What is this and who should I go to? 0 simo1412 Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 Hi. I had a look at my NBA Jam and my NBA Jam TE and the sound boards look the same, with the same connectors with both. Maybe take a photo of what you have connected on both boards. As for the UA13, UA14 question. Neither of my boards have those extra wires soldered in, so I don't know what that's for.
