Autosteve Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 Do any pinball suppliers supply coil stop plugs that are not the bolt in type? I'm after the press fit ones used be the manufacturers. Manny65 Posted January 21, 2019 Share Posted January 21, 2019 I believe Steve is looking for replacement coil stops that can be riveted to the coil stop bracket (as they were originally) rather than Mike's which bolts together. I haven't ever seen them ever sold like that and would guess that most ops wouldn't have had the right gear to press them on. Incorrect alignment or fixture could also possibly cause other issues with the specific mech, so the manufacturers clearly wanted to avoid this. They used to be a replacement part with a bronze insert but I haven't seen them like that for years. I suppose the bolt in type may be an alternative. Thanks for the help guys.
