Just a bump for any other possible attenders who would like this ridiculously expensive, ultra - uber - collectible, re-usable , global friendly nametag the cut-off time will be Friday 16/9/16 to enable our @furballx some time to crank the placards off.;) Edited by Railways

A couple of pin-heads have mentioned to me in previous years of Pinfest that sometimes they'd like to have a chat with someone in particular but don't know what they look like.

RAIL-WAYS has bought a box of name tags which @furballx, @Dedrok and I will happily organise to have your name printed on prior to your arrival if you are interested.

A big thanks to @furballx for taking on printing the nameplates out. Nice work cuzzy-bro.:023:

It will have your AA handle in large letters and your 1st name below.

For the NPA Pinfest staff members/helpers I was thinking your 1st name in large letters and Pinfest in smaller letters above.

If interested post your interest here in this thread and I'll add it to the list below;

I remember my first Pinfest when @furballx took me under his wing a bit and introduced me to a few fellow members.

Thanks for that Dave:)

I think Jeff and the boys making this idea happen has been a big success.

I for one had a few people come up to me for a chat as I did to others.

Great work guys:applause:

There really is no substitute for meeting people face to face.

Well worth the work to produce a few tags, but thanks for the positive comments mate.

Newcastle Pinball Association did an awesome job at Pinfest (as they always do).

Such a great example for the hobby to follow every year.

No prob Mark. A comment was made at the end of last years pinfest's thread that it maybe a good idea. I think it may have been @hamo54 or @Dedrok:unsure

we're happy it helped out.

I am the first to admit I was a negative Geoffrey about name tags.

Mainly I think because I am shy and retiring and like to keep a low profile.

However I was wrong and they proved to be a great addition to the event.

Well done Jeff & Dave.

@furballx - why didn't you pin one on Swinks??? :p
He didn't ask for one Mike. It was an open offer for any AA member or any NPA volunteer. Plenty of people chose not to get one, their call for whatever reason. We did not discriminate, hell, we even gave you and Sid one!
