Ash works cheap mate, contact him if you are wondering. The whole paint job on the office wasn't much more than a grand. It'd cost that much to get someone to paint it white.

If you do contact him, tell him Garry from Woolgoolga sent you. He may give me a discount

Very cool!

I work at a place that's combined graffiti art in a warehouse showroom. It makes a cold/warehouse shell much more interesting and helps show off the products at the same time. Like a lot of art, there is the odd piece you look at and think it's pretty random...

Ash is booked in to come paint Monday. he got a bit excited when i told him the design was up to him so long as it was pinball related.

I'm excited to see what he does too.

Sparkie is booked to run power points, hopefully he gets here before then other wise it will be dangly leads instead of conduit.

Carpet is organised and going in next week too.

Unfortunately over time more and more have been covered up by displays. The First photo being a great example of this....

Here's a taste of some of the better stuff that's dotted round the warehouse.

Get your sparkie to install two separate circuits, I did this in my gameroom so the load is dispersed better.

He just left, although i'm not getting two circuits, I am getting a single separate circuit run from the 3 phase on the board with a 32 amp breaker. i reckon that will run 20 odd machines just fine as it will be rare they all run. If not it will be able to be souped up easy enough.

I'm loving this project as it's 2 years since i did my last one (the office).

Got all the tradies lined up, the artist's coming. The helpers will be here.

How you liking Pinball Magic @punkin ?

I really enjoy it.

You have one? how many do you reckon there are in australia?

It is a very beautiful machine. It plays really well, some shots are easier for me than others, for some reason the left ramp seems harder for me to hit reliably so far than others.

I haven't figured the rules all out yet but i'm getting there.

Seems everyone who see's and plays it falls in love with it. My best mate Johnny said after his first couple of games that it is his favourite by a very long way. I can't see myself ever letting go of it.

On another note, i told the sparkie that pinball machines pull a couple hundred watts on attract and maybe 400 during play. Would that be accurate and to those who do have twenty machines or more on a single circuit can you tell me if 32 amps is going to be enough?

I know of 3 pinball magic owners. Left ramp is not an easy shot for me either and sometimes it just want drop in the hole under the hat either.

Rules are linear meaning every time you need to hit a certain shot in order to move to the next shot gigawatts has done a YouTube video featuring the rules.

Maybe get one of these?

You could use it for checking your brewing gear as well?

20 machines, you gonna need a decent air con or only run them all in the winter time.

I'll be putting a couple more of these up, they are crackers. This ones pointing where the machines are that used to be my gym. The gyms going back when the machines are moved. The fan is just fine while hitting the bag for round after round in summer.

M,ama google told me that pinnies draw about 2 amps, so i may have to add another circuit down the track.

I'm running 8 pinballs, 5 arcades, a jukebox, an reverse cycle A/C, a big beer vending machine, driving game, TV, DVD & 5.1 sound system. All on three circuits, two 16amp & one 20 amp (A/C & fridge) Lighting is on an 8 amp circuit. Have not popped a breaker yet. I also have surge & lightning protection units fitted to the sub board.

I also have a Clipsil Cent-o-Meter fitted that says that with everything turned on the cost of electricity used is $0.52 cents per hour.

Excellent mate. I'm pretty sure that means i'll ve golden. Just the real world experience i am after.

Assuming you've had a bunch of people in there at times and a bunch of machines going at once?

Yes.

Held the Dedshed Classic early last year. Maybe 30 or so people.
